Eco School

We are delighted to be working with Tredegar Park Primary School Eco Council as part of the Woodland Routes to Wellbeing (WRTW).  Keep Wales Tidy and Duffryn Community Link are currently working with the Eco Council to look at ways to improve the Forest School.  The Eco Council conducted an environmental audit of the area making many suggestions which have been incorporated into the plan for improvements.

The Eco School also supported the WRTW Big Clean-up contributing to clearing over 45 Tonne of rubbish that has fly-tipped.  They have put their creative minds together to help design anti fly-tipping signs to support our Anti Litter campaign.

They are also instrumental in helping bring back the beauty of Duffryn Woods and encouraging wildlife through our planting programme.
